Army makes progress in Wanni front

The Sri Lanka Army (SLA) soldiers deployed in the Vavuniya-Mannar region have made inroads into LTTE's stronghold in Wanni with a series of successful group based attacks. LTTE has been forced into a defensive stance in these areas as the armed forced increased the number of 'hit and run' style attacks guerilla frontline positions.

During the past week, fighting was reported mainly in the areas of Thampanai, Periya Thampanai, Mullikulam and Vilaththikulam. More than 20 LTTE cadres have been killed in these fights and a number of their frontline bunkers were overrun and destroyed. Army casualties stand at 2 soldiers killed and 9 more wounded. Although the LTTE FDL was breached at several locations in these areas, the army did not gain any new territory. The objective of the group based attacks is not to capture territory but to destroy as many enemy assets as possible.

Another factor that is helping the army's advances is the inexperience of LTTE cadres deployed in the frontline near Vavuniya and Mannar (For more information view this post). These young fighters are facing the army's crack formations such as the Special Forces and 57th division. However LTTE is yet to deploy its 'elite' formations such as the Charles Anthony brigade and Imran-Pandiyan regiment in a bid to halt the army advance. It is assumed that they will use these units when/if  the army launched a mass troop movement into Wanni heartland.

  1. Government's best bet is to increase UAV presence and maintain a 24/7 monitoring over LTTE territory, and take out LTTE groups through,

    1. Air raids
    2. Artillery
    3. MBRL

We should purchase at least few long-range (70Km) MBRL (credit to Golden Eagle for advocating this over and over again) and use them to attack LTTE formations from distance with the help of UAV given coordinations.

Night ops capabilities of SLAF would really count towards 'force multiplier' (credit to Defencewire).

Our SLAF must acquire night ops capabilities for at least 2 aircraft.

On the other hand, constant pressure on FDLs should be applied through level bombing.

We do not hear much about Navy confrontations now, as I believe mainly because of small fishing boat based smuggling (LTTE resorting to old days tactics). This is very difficult to stop, and when hundreds of boats involved in smuggling it has the affects of bringing down trawler full of loads.

Indian customs are same like Sri Lanka -money talks widely. With recent apprehension in India where container loads of supplies brought down to LTTE, Sri Lanka should further strengthen relationship with India to prevent Indian ports being used to smuggle items to LTTE.

To curb LTTE weapons procurement, government should further explore the bi-lateral agreement with the US on 'prevention on global terrorism' that I believe was Sri Lanka parted with US after 911. US has strong presence with all the arms smuggling networks in the world, and they can help to further curb illegal arms movement designated for Sri Lanka.

  2. Check this video out guys.. (yes I agree .. it is some propaganda)

    To my main point,

JVP can still show that they are with the masses by filing a case in the Supreme Courts requesting the Supreme Court to 'ban' LTTE (declare LTTE as a banned terrorist organisation).

Also, JVP can file a case to ban all the LTTE associated bogus charities like TRO and NGOs i.e. White Pigeons etc.

This is one hell of a good deed if JVP could do it, as they did with de-merging the North and the East (we have not forgotten that good deed by JVP).

Once the LTTE was banned, then the government should capitalise on that ban by issuing international arrest warrents for those who engage in LTTE fund-raising and arms procurement. When many of the goons realise that they have (or will have) arrest warrants in Sri Lanka, they will stop support to LTTE in fear of loss of jobs/benefits etc in their resident countries.

  4. I don't think this hit & run thing is a good strategy, it may be good for short term gains or for limited time, we are using our experienced groups of army on inexperienced LTTE carders(according to the article). This will make them stressed out and weak, if those elite groups of LTTE mount a sudden attack on our defense lines we may even fail to stop them.

"we are using our experienced groups of army on inexperienced LTTE carders(according to the article). This will make them stressed out and weak,"

Army is not using the same groups repeatedly. Also you have to play accordingly to conditions and terrain. Slowly but surely, SLA has moved forward WITHOUT much casualties. If they launched mass advances in this terrain, it would surely do more harm than good. Therefore SI ops are far more effective.

"if those elite groups of LTTE mount a sudden attack on our defense lines we may even fail to stop them."

There is always the risk of that happening even if you use full force and advance, as the LTTE proved this in unceasing waves 1-3. It is the nature of war.

  7. I think our biggest problem are the long range artillary guns that are inside concrete bunkers..We need to locate these and destroy them.We also need effective mine clearence equipment to protect soldiers lives.I am no military man but the LTTE defenses seem to be mainly based on mine fields and artillary guns..if these are removed what remains i wonder..ignore the mortars/few tanks etc

This paper should be bound and distributed among the government officials of all the countries where LTTE is present.

This is one of the rare pieces of articles that discusses the methods of LTTE fund-raising and its distribution.

  9. For the benefit of those who may doubt the Army's present attrition strategy; think beyond the point where the smoke clears and the bodies start to turn cold...

Even the LTTE reports the death of its cadre to the families. Multiply this many times over counting the affected families, relatives and immediate neighbors etc..the effect over a period of time would be damning. Also remember it is a small population of less than 300,000 people who are held hostage by the Vanni monkies to supply manpower. As the deaths increase, the pressure to run will also increase, and lead us closer to the point of no return where an implosion of the organizational strucuture becomes imminant. That's what will cause the next definite leadership split.

Similarly, SLG should abandon Karuna and make him pay for his crimes. This guy is a criminal and must be held accountable for his crimes. There are many strategic and tactical advantages in this situation which the SLG seems to be deaf and blind to.

  11. to a great extent our armed forces lack closed day/night air support platforms and precision weapons.

The US has developed a highly effective version of a cheap mans precision platform called A-67 dragon.

this aircraft carries everything that a F15 does but without the expensive Jet engines power and is very cheap to maintain. It can stay airborne for 7 hours.

    http://www.flightglobal.com/assets/getAsset.aspx?ItemID=15170
    http://www.flightglobal.com/articles/2006/10/18/210033/picture-exclusive-a-67-dragon-counter-insurgency-aircraft-quietly-makes-first.html

Our troops need close range air support in the likes of A-10 (which we will never get), but a Su-25 may be possible. The problem is Russian equipment is junk and have very poor support and assistance.

List of Close air support platforms

    A-1 Sky raider (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A-1_Skyraider)
    A-67 (cheap mans F15)

    also see reference http://www.aircraftdealer.com/aircraft_for_sale_by_type/5/Multi_Engine_Props/page-1.html

basically what I am saying is that without close air support we can not move forward.

in this mix consideration should be given to planes that have short take off, ability to handle well during adverse landing take off condition, retrofitting, and pay loads.

having more artillary, MBRL are good but we need precision.

I need to have the option when I point at a bunker from my location 2 miles away to have it destroyed with enemy troops within a few minutes. Thus the solution is to have coverage in the air with cheap aircraft.

Using troops to take out bunkers is good but eventually the enemy will start to adopt.

once the enemy adopts to our tactics our edge is gone.

in the meantime we should also realize that the main thrust should be multi directional but designed to deny enemy the use of coastal areas to resupply.

the LTTE uses extensively the North West coast along mannar to resupply. the main goal should be this while applying pressure on other fronts.

Basically I want the ability take out targets when I want, this can be accomplished only with fixed wing aircraft of the above and constant state of readiness by the SLAF.
if the SLAF cant provide this service then we should move along to develop army air force wing with the aircraft above.

need good intelligence to understand enemy movements. They seem to know when we bring out heavy armor to FDL.

we should also note this and be vigilant.

one way to avoid surprise attacks is to have good listening posts and good observation posts with cross coverage and in the meantime have good troop movement when needed.

to blunt LTTE we need to kill at least 5000 of them while losing a small number of our soldiers. Also just like LTTE did in leading up to unceasing waves 2-3 (they killed most of our SF attack force -2000 soldiers), we need to seek out LTTE special ops training facilities and take them out regularly.

  13. Dear Patriots…

The budget vote was indeed a surprise, especially how the JVP voted with the Ranil the SOB and LTTE carcass-maggots (TNA).

JVP made a serious blunder with this action and it is bound to have far reaching repercussions for them – and rightfully, they should pay for it.

Today I quizzed, very accusingly at that, a JVP honcho and what I heard from him was a defense that went along the lines that…”once we (JVP) were sure MR GOSL was going to win the budget with necessary votes, we decided to vote against it as a protest move to express displeasure at the GOSL’s economic policies!!! I told him he does not know the ABC’s of “risk management” and that he was basically off his rocker and hung up the phone in sheer exasperation! Wow! I am still mulling over that response!

I have also expressed my sentiments in Asian Tribune, quite candidly, at (this clarifies that I am apolitical in my views vis-à-vis SL's need to eradicate LTTE terrorism):

    http://www.asiantribune.com/index.php?q=node/8320

If JVP wants to “win the heart and minds” of us SL patriots, it better perform some miracles!

    Tangara:

I still do not agree with your earlier reasons for being anti-JVP as your reasons had nothing to do with this budge vote. JVP instigated strikes, protests, etc. in my view are part and parcel of a democratic process (the reasons you provided) and in my view anyone who is anti-JVP for those reasons is being “purely political” in outlook. Protests, strikes are actually the more favored manifestations of dissent from the under-privileged, down-trodden masses of our society (the alternative being armed uprising and insurrection from them against a democracy!). However, no argument that JVP crossed the line with this budge vote and in my view, that is UNFORGIVABLE!

  14. Tropicalstorm,

"Even the LTTE reports the death of its cadre to the families. Multiply this many times over counting the affected families ...."

Please let me add my two cents.
The thing always goes unreported is the number of the injured. Roughly it can be as many as twice of the number dead. Big fraction of that would have to stay in hospitals for months. 30-40 more would be added everyday. Lack of proper medical care (Facilities, Medicine, surgeons etc.) would increase the suffering many fold. And the population would be devastated seeing how it grows every passing day. The way things are going large fraction of injured would be forcibly conscripted too. LTTE is really vulnerable here. There would be a point when Wanni population is going to explode. We may just have to keep the pressure up until the Wanni crumbles within (The best scenario).

Having said that I must say we should be greatly concerned about the lives of the innocents who were forced in to war by the crazy fat pig. No fucking human rights organization is bothered about this may be because it’s a crime done by their friend LTTE. I never believed that eliminating the leadership first and then going for lower level (top to bottom) would stop the terrorism. If properly executed the other way (Bottom to top) would weaken the terrorists more effectively. But for the sake of forcibly conscripted innocents we should give a try for the first option i.e. going for the fat pig and the bunch close to him. Some of them may just be doing political work but should not be spared since their hands too are soaked with blood of innocents. I think our forces are trying to pursuit both options and would be successful given no political debacles in the south. (When I read most defense columns now days I have this notion which blinds trying to touch and describe an elephant)

  17. "JVP made a serious blunder with this action and it is bound to have far reaching repercussions for them – and rightfully, they should pay for it."

Not at all, actually. As I posted on Sri Lanka Rising, this iss a calculated move on the part of the JVP which quite understands the selective amnesia and obvious gullibility of the southern Sinhalese who form their power base. I posted on the weekend that we will soon see JVP PR messages in which they will detail their reasons for opposing the budget in which they will point out taxation and economic policies while continuing to underline the fact that they ssupport the defence policy. I aalso said that the JVP made this decision only after they were sure that the the budget would pass the first readings regardless of their vote. Lo and behold, today's Daily Mirror quotes Somawansa saying exactly that, and confirming that if there had been a daanger of the budget failing, they would've voted with the GoSL. This is just a ploy to sucker the man on the street into thinking that the JVP actually has his needs at heart. Their ant-LTTE stance too is just opportunistic riding of the bandwagon.

"JVP instigated strikes, protests, etc. in my view are part and parcel of a democratic process""

I'm glad you think so; and I hope that you agree that an opposition that is critical of the administration and an active and independent media is also a part of that same democratic process. I hope your keenness for democracy isn't reserved just for the JVP brand of it ;)

"Actually, I just want to ask could not our K-8s carry AA weapons. Because it is a jet you have the ability to interdict enemies quicker"

It could carry AAM's if you can fit a fire control radar which is compatible with those weapons. However, given that its designed as a trainer, it might be difficult.

    Ogre,

A-67 type aircraft are nothing new. Similar aircraft were used extensively in Vietnam. I don't think it can be described as a poor man's F-15 by any stretch of the imagination. Its payload is likely to be very small, probably much less than even a Mi-24 gunship. These types of air craft are designed for low intensity conflicts/counter insurgency. They would be very vulnerable to LTTE MANPAD/AAA.

Our existing air assets are good enough for CAS and precision bombing when combined with effective co-ordination with ground troops + intelligence. Co-ordination between SLA/SLAF is what is lacking and during the first Muhamalai debacle apparently there was no air support at all. The following is what our existing Mig-27's can do in the CAS role using only rockets/guns. Much more capable than any light turbo prop.

  20. Guys,

The JVP is a synonym for not just a single blunder, a catalogue of blunders.

They partially came out of darkness, a few years ago with a significant backing of the masses from all walks of life. The election results clearly reflected the trend at that time.

Then, thanks to their leader, his 'guidance' and his enviable PR skills, they blew up the whole thing.

They still try to stick to a failed economic system - the socialism. It alone shows how out-of-step they are with the reality.

The heirachy of this party has been propelled into politics by a doctrine that based on envy and hatred. So, no wonder they are doomed to fail, time and again, so spectacularly on evey occassion.

They promote the rights of the working class; but do not promote the duty of them to the institute they work for, in the same breath; simply because, it is not politically beneficial.

The dismal failure of state institutes show the the gravity of this menace, planted by the old leftists to be nourished by the JVP and its cronies, in the years to come.

  22. I still think the JVP should exist with present strength - not a bit more than that.

As the clich'e goes, every dark cloud has a silver lining: their stance, along with that of JHU on the Tigers forced MR and the SLFP to take a tough stand against them.It was a very useful factor, when the main opposition, the UNP emulated the blind mand in the darkness.

That was a good thing; otherwise, even MR would have side-tracked as Chandrika did, due to western pressure.

So, these organisations should exist in presnet capacity and strength. That is their optimum level!

  25. I have to respond to deficiencies in Mi24-35 which the LTTE exploits quite liberally.

These birds cant turn rapidly so they have to function in tandem with at least two more Mi24-35s for coverage. Any less LTTE can use flank to beat then down. which is exactly how we lost most of these choppers in Jayasikuru ops.

A-67 is a good choice (i am advocating any similar air craft) for Army close air support (not for SLAF) b/c they are suitable for harsh conditions.

They also come with some gadgets: targeting pods, guided bombs, cannons, F15 cockpit.

what else they can stay up to 10 hours with 4000 lbs external payload. They can also stay above the 20,000 feet to avoid a lock shoulder fired SAM lock.

I bet my ass that LTTE will not be willing to keep SA SAMs up front with regulars.

But we need close air support really well and Mi24 cant give the edge we need to take out bunkers because they dont have guided missile support (that damn thing is another $5 million package from mother Russia !)

    In response to land mines:
mine clearing has been no problem, we have been doing this for so many years. casualities have been due to carelessness and negligence.

If we can not take out the command bunkers of LTTE which are about another 2 miles beyond FDL bunkers, it will be a bloody churn.

When SLAF planes take off from Katunayaka LTTE spotters already know and move their leadership to bunkers. ICOM chatter reveals this which the US has helped us decode. so having close air support from the rear end of battle field is better.

on the site was pottu amman supervising the excavation.

  36. Right, so your so-called democratic process is reserved only for those who support the GoSL. Ha ha. Good one.

BTW, as long as democracy exists, no one can really do anything other than what the majority want. So why this great fear that Ranil would give away 40% of the country (and that percentage seems to increase the further away from the CFA signing we get). So if fear of defeat is a reason for stopping democratic process, we become no better than the LTTE when they prevented Anandasangaree and Devananda from campaigning in LTTE-occupied areas for fear they might defeat the TNA.

As I always say, suppression comes out of fear; and if you are both right in your policies and capable of garnering public support, you have nothing to fear, because you cannot be defeated politically. So why are so many peple here full of fear of Ranil W? Do you think he can "give" the country away (as you claim) if the people are against it?

Perhaps it's because many of you live outside SL, and don't really feel the pulse of the nation. There's only so much you can pick up online.

I believe you should allow the people to make an informed decision, and the emphasis is on 'informed.

Most of the outrage against Ranil W is because people don't understand what devolution really is. People get caught up in words like 'federalism' and cannot see beyond it. It's then very easy for the stone-age paranoia of the JVP & JHU to step in muddy the water.

I know this is drifting off topic, but out of curiosity, can each of you weigh in with a brief statement of what you understand federalism to be, and why you agree or disagree with it in the SL/NE context. Please be brief.

Guys what about A-10 Thunderbolt II for Close Air Support (CAS).

Guys then again whats the point of talking about US aircrafts for our SLAF (and possibly SLA and SLN) when the cost involved is more than we can afford? I know I spoke about the F-15 for SLAF, but that was not meant as immediate requirement, but a long term one. The F-15s were also being phased out of the USAF.

How feasible is it to obtain aircrafts manufactured in US?

  39. If you want to read about the A-67 see the following link and readers comments. A-67 is nothing more than a souped up Tucano, Bronco, Pucara and other such aircraft which have all been deployed before including by the SLAF.

    www.strategypage.com/htmw/htairfo/articles/20071107.aspx

The ability to carry PGB's and operate above MANPAD range is negated by the very small payload.

It only has a 1.5 ton payload, compared to 4 tons on a Mig-27 (with inbuilt lasor designator). Once you add a targeting pod, the payload is reduced even further (when you add an ECM pod for self protection the available payload will be minimal). It wont be able to carry Mk83 or 84 because such big bombs would effect the "flight envelope" of a small platform like this. Max it would be able to carry one or two 250-500lb bombs.

The propellor arc of these types of aircraft messes things up further. Targeting/gun and rocket pods can only be placed on the smaller wing pylons to avoid the propellor arc. This screws up the flight envelope even further and limits the effective payload to avoid the aircraft being unbalanced/yawing. This is probably why if you look at their website, it shows the aircraft with very light armament. In fact this looks like a less capable aircraft than even the Pucara.

    "F15 cockpit"

I don't know where someone got the idea this will have a cockpit anything like an F-15.

"I bet my ass that LTTE will not be willing to keep SA SAMs up front with regulars."

They most certainly do. One Pucara was lost to a MANPAD attack while providing CAS at the FDL.

Then there is the matter of cost. At USD 7-8mn, you can buy 2 Mig-27's for the price of one of these and its getting close to the price of a used Mig-29. The only good thing is loitering time, but its too expensive even to be used as artillery spotter/forward controller (can be done with existing small aircraft in SLAF inventory).

If you want something for the SLA capable of taking out LTTE bunkers with precision munitions, some guided artillery shells (can even be used with our existing guns) and man portable lasor designators (both available from NORINCO) would be sufficient.

As for SLAF aircraft taking off from KAB, I agree. Thats why the SLAF were extending the runway at AAB. The same problem would apply even if smaller aircraft were based there since they are slower and would take longer to get to the target even from such close range compared to a jet.

  40. Further to my earlier post, I believe the last batch of Mig-27's was USD 2.5mn each. So we could buy 3 of them for the price of a single A-67, which I'm pretty sure will never be used extensively in any air force.

    romeoalpha,

I don't think its feasible for SL to buy any US made attack aircraft. Not in the foreseable future anyway.

  41. Chanaka,

"Can infrared or termal images help in identifying where those bunkers are? Any ideas on how they conceal those bunkers?"

The SLA has fire finder radars. So they should be able to know the approximate area from which LTTE artillery is coming. A UAV/Beech with IR/optical sights can then be directed to the area to find the target.

Yes, IR/thermal imaging etc in theory should be able to locate the LTTE guns. If they are inside bunkers, it might be more difficult. However, you get newer technologies like IIR which sees not only the heat, but even the radiation emitted by different materials such as metal and probably even concrete to differentiate the target from the surrounding area.

I think the technology is available, its just a matter of acquiring it and using it properly.

  42. Ogre,

According to Wikipedia Mark 84 is a free-fall bomb,
if the Kfir were flying low altituted, can it be a free fall bomb?
    Please correct me.

Can you tel, the name of the Bombs use SLAF regularly and special occasions?
(only if the information may be of a general/public knowledge nature.)

    Thanx.

  43. ogre/guys,i thought the bomb that took out tamilselvam was a FAB-500L laser-guided weapon,dropped from a Mig-27,not a Kfir..can someone confirm this..

  44. what news of the termobaric SHMEL launcher, that the tigers displayed after the muhamalai action? was this lost by the SL forces,or did the tigers just put one up for propaganda?..

  46. “So why are so many peple here full of fear of Ranil W? Do you think he can "give" the country away (as you claim) if the people are against it?”

Wow! What sewer crap is this? Looks like we have an apologist for Ranil the she-male here, although he constantly denies it! LMSSAO!

Anyway, as you say, nothing to “fear,” Ranil the fucking pansy did “give” the country away to the LTTE mother-doers after the CFA and then the LTTE mother-doers went all over SL and nicely bumped off not only thousands of anti-LTTE democrats (both Tamil and Muslims), but also over 100 SLA MI in just six weeks – some right in front of their children in Colombo!

Ranil the she-male had issued an order that any SLA or other forces’ member who would challenge LTTE and get into a fire fight would be prosecuted with court martial and this is why the LTTE had a gala-time during the RW CFA period! I listened to some horror stories from SLAs during that time how they were humiliated by the LTTE mother-doers (for example, in one instance, the LTTE mother-doers came right up to the SLAs at the Muhamalai SLA checkpoint and spit them in the face and boldly walked away – knowing well that the SLA had strict instructions from Ranil the she-male fucking pansy to not retaliate!!!)

Pathetic…seriously, bloody pathetic indeed! No this is not the forum to praise the good of Ranil the fcuking she-male pansy! LMSSAO!!!

Is rather a moronic excerpt without paying attention to the full message! As such, suggest you read the full post before you pontificate "I told you so" to others!

  48. Ha ha, Asithri, arguing with you is like arguing with a small retarded child -- "Waaaaah, I'm right 'cos mummy said so!" Lol.

"Anyway, as you say, nothing to “fear,” Ranil the fucking pansy did “give” the country"

Really? WHICH portions of the country were "given" away that wasn't already held by the LTTE at the time of the CFA?

"then the LTTE mother-doers went all over SL and nicely bumped off not only thousands of anti-LTTE democrats (both Tamil and Muslims), but also over 100 SLA MI in just six weeks – some right in front of their children in Colombo! "

While it is true that the LTTE did exploit the CFA to assassinate people, can you provide reference for these "thousands" they've killed?

The fact that the LTTE broke the CFA is true, and it's also true that RanilW made many mistakes, but to say that he was therefore allied with the LTTE is incorrect and rather moronic on your part, Asithri. Maybe you should lay off the pol pala while online :)

"Ranil the she-male had issued an order that any SLA or other forces’ member who would challenge LTTE and get into a fire fight would be prosecuted with court martial and this is why the LTTE had a gala-time during the RW CFA period!"

This too is incorrect. The Army was ordered not to fire unless fired upon. There were no courts martial. If you haave ANY evidence of even a single such prosecution, I'd be interested to see it.

"I listened to some horror stories from SLAs during that time how they were humiliated by the LTTE mother-doers "

Ceasefires and truces often result in uncomfortable situations for former combatants. That's life. Get over it. You don't go back to war because someone called you names. That's kindergarten behaviour and should be kept for the kindergaarten, not for governing a nation. In Northern Ireland, British troops were actually charged with murder, prosecuted and jailed by Brit courts simply for defending themselves. That's war in the 20th and 21st centuries. It's big boys' rules, and if you can't run with the big boys, you have to go back to kindergarten where you belong.

"for example, in one instance, the LTTE mother-doers came right up to the SLAs at the Muhamalai SLA checkpoint and spit them in the face and boldly walked away"

This was the sort of hearsay rubbish that was repeated throughout the country at the time. Most of it weas just lies concocted by MR, the JVP, and the JHU. There was provocation in the form of gunfire at checkpoints and protests by LTTEers pretending to be civilians. All very similar to what happens in low intensity conflicts all over the world. Northern Ireland is again a good example.

Since you've been unable to answer the questions, Asithri in your haste to troll through your limited vocabulary of profanity, I'll ask it again. What are you guys (Asithri & Co) so scared of? Most of y'all live outside SL and don't really know what the man on the street thinks. If Ranil were to come to power, it would be simply because the people wanted him.

And he would have the last time, if MR had not allied himself with the LTTE and prevented the NE voting for Ranil. So if Ranil was "giving" the country away, why did the LTTE elect MR?

Have a pol pala and think about it.

    It was MR=LTTE, not Ranil=LTTE.

Get your arse around that, laughing boy.

Most of the hate generated in this war is by Sinhalese & Tamils living outside SL, and the hate gets proportionately less the closer you get to the war. On the FDLs there's very little hate, just fear & respect on both sides.

I'll check back in a bit for a response, but I guess it'll be nothing more than more name-calling, or perhaps some comments about my parents & family, as is your usual style, Asithri.

Ha Ha Ha...I love it when you go off the bend! You are Entertainment Tonight! LMSSAO!!!

Your lack of formal education is clearly showing in your inability to rationalize simple logic when imbedded in either figurative speech or metaphors I see. Did you even complete grade 5 I wonder sometimes! (Aha, passing more than grade 5 I agree is not a prerequisite to try and be a "boss" as we all know another grade 5 dropout asshole who one day got up and said "I am the sole representatives of Tamils!!!" LMSSAO!!!

    Anyway, here's an example:

    I said:
"Anyway, as you say, nothing to “fear,” Ranil the fucking pansy did “give” the country..."

    to which you said:
"Really? WHICH portions of the country were "given" away that wasn't already held by the LTTE at the time of the CFA?"

    Wow! Wow indeed!

Pathetic Moron, have you heard of "figurative speech" vs. "literal speech" in English expression? Obviously you have not, so let me educate you:

The word "give" is imbedded in my writing within quotes to denote that it is not to be taken literally, but figuratively, to express a similar but not an identical value in the context of that message! Let me simplify further…the "give" is used therein to assert that RW the backboneless fucking pansy (whose pansy arse you seem to admire! LMSSAO!!!) allowed the LTTE scum to roam all over SL, with complete freedom, and bump off anti-LTTE Tamils and SLA MIs! That, prize Moron, is what is meant by "give" as it is imbedded therein figuratively to say that when you allow (or “give”) that complete freedom for someone to do that kind of dastardly deeds with impunity within your country, in essence, you have “given” the country to that someone!

Anyway, I would not bother to respond to the rest of your pathetic harangue as to me it is evident that you are nothing but another fucking cover-up boy, an apologist, for the LTTE mother-doers as well as RW the backboneless pansy! Never mind “pol pala” the day is not too far off when we will drive “katu kambi” up where the sun-does-not-shine of traitors to our dear Motherlanka so, if I were you, I would get a locally made chastity belt! There, now you know two Sinhela terms – pol pala and katu kambi! Let me know if I need to teach you Sinhela too here! LMSSAO!

No moron, I will leave out your parents out of this discourse now (unless you insist! LMSSAO!) as now I am not even sure if you know who they are! LMSSAO!!!

Delivered in the true OaO Asithri style,

    Humbly yours ever,

    OaO Asithri

  50. I dont know what "power devolution" is but if power devolution happens will this lead to a tamil EELAM in future....?If not can anyone tell me why not?

    ReplyDelete
  51. Thank you, Asithri, for confirming what we all knew anyway -- that you have no clue about anything that's going on in SL. Please tell us what else is figurative in your "writing" (and that IS figurative, BTW).

SL, you don't know what devolution is, but you know it'll lead to Eelam? Perhaps you should actually find out what devolution is before yoou invite people to contradict your opinion on a subject you've already claimed to know nothing about. Don't you think?
